Luiz's sport background in Australia has alternated between Futsal and Football, playing for clubs in the National Premier League and Premier League Futsal NSW. In the 2024 football season, he played for Sydney United 58 FC in the NSW - National Premier League and served as the Technical Director for Macarthur Bulls for women's SAP and NPL, NSW. For the upcoming 2025 season Luiz is delighted to have a new challenge at a new town and a new league. Being part of the Adelaide Comets FC at South Australia National Premier League.

Owner of Prime Football, Luiz has been coaching and managing this business for the past 7 years, working with players of all ages and skill levels, including those from the A-League Women's and Men's teams.

2015-2023

Head Coach at UNSW FC youth, Fraser Park U'18s Boys, Mosman FC Academy Teams, Wakehurst FC (Running Boys Dev Squads Program) coaching teams, leading coaches, programs and running holiday clinics.
